3. INTIMATE HYGIENE & RETURN POLICY

  • Health and Safety Restrictions: Due to the intimate and personal nature of our products, and in compliance with global health and hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened, unsealed, or used items.

  • Defective Items: In the rare event that a product arrives with a manufacturing defect, please contact our support team within  7 days of delivery with proof of the defect to arrange a replacement.
